Windwave owns and controls a private, secure fiber-based network of approximately 1,000 miles, providing high performance data, IP and network transport services for national telecommunications carriers and major enterprise users. Additionally, Windwave offers the unique capability to provide both intra-city (local) and inter-city networks for door-todoor solutions.

Windwave Communications was founded in Morrow County, Oregon in 2004 for the express purpose of bringing cutting edge technology and fiber optic infrastructure to rural Eastern Oregon.
